We are putting together an "Assisted Do-It-Yourself Wedding" that keeps prices down by having the client help as much as they can. I'm sure we can come up with something that suits your desires and fits your budget.

Wedding Checklist (things to consider):

1. Bamboo Chuppah or wooden arch
2. Officiant, Marriage License, Marriage Certificate
3. Music (DJ, sound system, or musicians)
4. Photographer and/or Videographer
5. Bridal Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Leis
6. Grounds decorations (flowers, palm fronds)
7. Lighting (tiki torches, spotlights, string lights, extension cords)
8. Transportation & Parking arrangements
9. Portable restrooms if over 20 people (there is one restroom onsite)
10. Tents

13. Wedding cake
14. Tables & chairs (white resin or bamboo chivari)/benches
15. Linens for tables/benches, napkins

Booking Paia's Garden:

Please print and sign the Site Rental Contract, make your check payable to Paia's Garden, and mail both to the following address:

The contract will be signed by the owners and returned to you acknowledging receipt of your payment.

• Public parking is available directly across from the property on the mauka (inland) side of Hana Hwy. There is additional parking at Baldwin Beach down the road .2 mile. For large parties, we recommend that you shuttle guests to the location. Do not drink and drive!
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve Paia's Garden for your event with the balance due in full 30 days prior to the event date.
• Refund Policy: You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel with enough days in advance that we are able to rent your slot to another party.
• Please note that Hawaii State Law dictates that a General Excise Tax of 4.166% be added to all business transactions in Hawaii, and that all loud music cease at 10pm in consideration of the neighbors. You are welcome to stay later if you are quiet.
• Rental hours: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
• Tents, Chairs: price based on number of guests. Linens: price based on current market rates.
• Officiant: $250
