Catering

For private parties, weddings, and events, owner Nui & chef Kit will be happy to prepare for you a selection of different menus ranging from authentic Thai food to local Hawaiian and American-style food. You can see some of the dishes in the slideshow to the right, and view the menu options here.

As Nui grows all her own vegetables on her 40 acre Kula farm, she can easily make for you a totally organic, vegetarian version of these dishes. Feel free to ask for any favorite dishes.

With advance notice, pupu plates (hors d'oeuvres) -- eg. veggie platters, summer rolls, sushi -- for smaller ceremonies can be arranged with the onsite restaurant, Island Cuisine.

For larger wedding receptions, it is a good idea to hire a professional wedding coordinator. You are welcome to have your wedding coordinator arrange outside catering if you wish.
